DRIVING LICENSE & AGE
Drivers must produce a full Driving License held for at least one year. The minimum hiring age is 21 years old.

TYPE OF RENTALS

UNLIMITED KM:
Unlimited rental rates shown are applied. Minimum rental is 24 hours.

INSURANCE
Collision damage walker is void if the driver is intoxicated or under the effect of drugs. If legal speed limits are violated or if an on-site police traffic accident report is not submitted. Theft of spare - type, car permission papers, registration plate, fire extinguisher, etc. internal or external equipment, loss or damage of customer's private materials, damage due to misuse of vehicle are not covered by insurance.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Free of charge on condition of prior notice at airports, railway stations, hotels, ports, offices and bus stations all cities with BLUE RENT A CAR offices extra - charges are applied.

DELAYED RETURN
Hire periods are calculated on 24 hour basis, in case of being delay in returning of the car later than it's agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay in delivery of full day rental rate is charged, car exceeds 3 hours.

TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.
